Course Objectives:
The aim of this course is to prepare those responsible for websites and Internet infrastructure in order to understand the issues and techniques associated with Quality of Service in order to maximize and turned. Will be presented the various elements that affect the same Quality of Service, which is often voided. It seeks to make this course a theoretical perspective in practice and especially in order to make this infrastructure more quickly, and fully available.

This course will give you knowledge and techniques necessary to improve the quality of service of its Internet infrastructure.
